Eligibility: The giveaway is open to individuals who meet the entry requirements stated in the giveaway post or announcement. Entrants must be 18 years or older and residents of the United States.
How to Enter: To participate, you must complete the sign-up form or follow the instructions outlined in TrexAir’s giveaway announcement. Only one entry per person is allowed unless otherwise stated.
Email Subscription: By signing up for this giveaway, you agree to be automatically added to TrexAir Aviation Academy’s email list. You’ll receive updates, promotions, and news about our training programs and events. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email.
Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. They will be contacted by email within 7 days of the giveaway closing date. If a winner does not respond within 5 days, another winner may be chosen.
Prize: The prize is as described in the giveaway announcement. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Publicity: By entering, you agree that TrexAir Aviation Academy may use your name and likeness for promotional purposes related to this giveaway, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
General Conditions: TrexAir Aviation Academy reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time if fraud, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control affect its fairness or integrity.
Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants release and hold harmless TrexAir Aviation Academy and its affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.
